Abandon shops

These are back door of shops located at the ground floor of a block of HDB Flats. These Flats has been in vacant state for a few years already, and so are the shops located at its ground floor, resulting in them being left to rot. New lease of life should be coming soon, but what kind of 'new lease of live' is something I've no idea on.
