Only if there was wind

It all started long before 2006. But to many, it all begin in 2006. It wasn't totally a smooth start. For a start, many many, and I meant many, visited the mall when it was just opened in 2006. But after sometime, people start questioning whether this mega mall would worked out. Questions such as who would travel all the way to the south just for this mega mall when there are so many malls along Orchard Road. Other problems such as insufficient signages and toilets.

But today, these worries and problems that surface in 2006 are no more. This mega mall is doing well. It has people on weekdays and is packed every weekend. Crowds coming from how the heck I know where other then Sentosa, nearby schools, nearby offices and nearby housing estates.

On the other hand, I felt that they are in the face of new challenges. New concepts and ideas for malls are evolving everyday. That new mall in Serangoon has some new ideas. Hopefully it will do little harm to 'my vivo'.

Actually all those words above are not needed. Vivocity celebrated its 4th Anniversary on 01 December 10. As their usual practice, fireworks was a sure. Hope this event would repeat itself every year. Happy for me that this year there wasn't many people. But on a sad note, they might stop this event if it has stop attracting people to the mall. While watching it happen, memories of my times spent in vivo over the last 4 years appears, and tears started flowing from my eyes.

Another sad note is that there was hardly any wind. The fireworks ended up to be smoky works.
