Unnecessary satisfaction

After one not so perfect and another failure attempt, finally something quite decent I have achieved for this year's National Day Parade Preview's fireworks. It's not perfect, far from perfect maybe...but it's not shot with DSLR, so how 'perfect' can one expect? It's just an unnecessary satisfaction of mine to the fireworks in 2012. Suddenly I am reminded of another failure attempt, the fireworks of countdown to 2012.

For now I shall just take sometime to savour these photos till the next NDPP comes along in 2013.

As you can see, I was trying to create some sort of composition with buildings beside and around the fireworks...kind of failed attempt? Looks alright to me.

And lastly, as I often says, the scale of display today is smaller compared to years ago before the Marina Bay area starts on it's speedy developments. This is so sad, no more major fireworks display. Also, seems like the Fireworks Celebrations in conjunction with the National Day celebrations, has since stop. Another reason to be sad.

Lastly, the next update shall be...not so soon I guess.
