2013 unpublished, now published #5

Unveiled in 2007, I think these two projects can be considered as the start of rejuvenation of Queenstown. Today, although they are still under construction, they are already soaring high into the sky. It's a far cry from the developments of 1960s by just looking at its height. This is the "new way" ahead and what reasons do we have for building major 10-storey style flats estates these days? The only reason I can think of is height restriction.
