Along the river banks

Looking at today's Singapore river, it's hard to imagine how it was before the big clean-up came about. Even a bowl of ice won't help in any visualisation of the past. Speaking of a bowl of ice, nothing beats having a bowl of ice when you're along the river banks given the typically warm weather.

But recently, nothing beats just staying under the blanket. All of a sudden, a monsoon surge came about causing unstoppable rain. Alright, the rain did stop but the stoppage didn't last. It's cold even without any air-conditioning. Thankfully, the weather forecast reported that the current condition is supposedly to ease this evening.
